Welcome to Anaklia Resort By Pratap’s Signature in Anaklia!
We are happy to have you as our guest on Georgia’s beautiful Black Sea coast. To make your stay pleasant for everyone, please review the following house rules:
Check-in: from 15:00
Check-out: by 12:00
Early check-in and late check-out are possible on request (subject to availability and extra charge).
House Rules
- Valid photo ID required at check-in.
- No smoking or vaping inside the hotel.
- Pets allowed with prior notice (extra fee may apply).
- Quiet hours: 22:00 – 08:00.
- Daily housekeeping included.
- Free Wi-Fi throughout the property.
- Breakfast is served from 09:00 to 11:00 only if included in your booking.
- Swimming pool available for guests — please supervise children and follow pool rules.
- Use the room safe for valuables.
- Only registered guests are permitted in rooms.
- Please treat staff and other guests with respect.

Cancellation & Modification Policy
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while protecting the hotel:
- Free cancellation: Full refund if cancelled more than 3 days before the scheduled arrival date.
- Late cancellation (1 to 3 days before arrival): 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.
- Less than 24 hours before arrival / No-show / Early departure: Full booking amount will be charged (no refund).
Modifications (changing dates or room type) are subject to availability and may result in a rate adjustment. Please contact us to discuss any changes.
How to cancel or modify your booking
Please email us at [reception@pratapsignature.ge] or call [+995 551 996 655] with your booking reference number. All cancellations must be confirmed in writing by our team.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days (bank or card processing times may vary).
Important notes
- Non-refundable rates, special promotions, and group bookings have stricter cancellation terms (these will be clearly stated in your booking confirmation).
- Breakfast and other package inclusions are non-refundable once the stay has started.
- In exceptional circumstances (force majeure, etc.), we will do our best to offer flexible options or refunds where possible.
- We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unexpected changes.
